Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of our platform, such as the type of service you request, the date and time the service was provided, the package size, the amount charged or other payment-related information, the distance between users, and other relevant transaction details.

We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease any credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to any third parties. This information is kept strictly confidential and is only used for the purpose of processing transactions and providing the services you request. We take appropriate measures to protect this information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.

Contact Information: Addy may seek permission to access your device’s contacts, allowing you to send or receive packages to and from your contacts without manually inputting their phone numbers. Please note that access to your contacts is initiated solely upon your authorization. This functionality streamlines the package delivery process by seamlessly integrating with your contacts, facilitating efficient package exchange.

Most mobile platforms (such as iOS and Android) have strict rules about the types of device data that apps can access without your consent. These platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent to access this data. For example, the iOS platform will alert you the first time the Addy app requests permission to access certain types of data, and you can choose whether or not to grant that permission. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the Addy app seeks before you use the app, and your use of the app constitutes your consent. In some cases, these permissions may require more explanation than the platforms provide, and the permissions we request may change over time.
